As a Financial Service Representative, you will assess customer needs and recommend suitable products. You will process loans, credit cards, cheque cashing, transfers, and payments. The role also includes sales, compliance, records, and branch operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess customer needs and complete accurate financial transactions
- Recommend loans, cards, transfers, payments, and related services
- Explain fees, repayment terms, renewals, and payment options
- Verify customer information and maintain complete records
- Reconcile cash drawers and support branch procedures
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- One or more years retail sales experience
- One or more years customer service and cash handling
- Hands-on experience with POS transactions
- Basic Microsoft Office knowledge and English communication skills
