Inland Steel Products seeks a full-time Customer Service Representative for frequent customer interaction and daily operational support. You will facilitate customer experiences, process payments, create scale tickets, and enter weights and prices into the internal operating system. The position is permanent and scheduled Tuesday through Saturday.

Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate customer experiences from start to finish
- Handle retail customer payments and in-person transactions
- Create scale tickets and enter weights and prices
- Receive, sort, and process metal materials
- Maintain clean work areas through housekeeping

Requirements:

- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of proper cash handling procedures
- Computer proficiency and attention to detail
