Represent Square One Shopping Centre through personalized guest service, hospitality, and proactive engagement in Mississauga. This seasonal position runs through January 2027.
Reporting to the Guest Experience Manager, you will welcome and assist guests within a luxury retail setting. You will serve as an Oxford brand ambassador while supporting directions, information, services, promotions, and events. The position requires polished communication, shopping centre knowledge, and confident interactions with diverse guests and personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver proactive, personalized hospitality-led guest interactions
- Anticipate needs and create memorable shopping centre experiences
- Maintain a welcoming, refined Guest Service area
- Assist customers with directions, information,
and centre services
- Promote Square One Gift Cards through assisted selling
Requirements:
- Related post-secondary education preferred
- Positive, friendly attitude with confident guest engagement
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Computer proficiency with social media, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office
- Availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
