Lead daily retail operations at Bulk Barn as a Corporate Store Key Holder, using leadership and customer service skills.

This permanent, part-time position supports the Store Manager and Supervisor across day-to-day business activities. You will guide employees, delegate work, process cash transactions, replenish shelves, and assist customers. The schedule requires approximately 12 to 25 hours weekly, including early mornings, days, and evenings from Monday through Sunday.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage staff when the Store Manager is absent
- Coach employees and delegate daily store tasks
- Process cash using POS and Interac terminals
- Assist customers while exceeding their expectations
- Unload deliveries exceeding 50 pounds

Requirements:

- Proven leadership abilities and skilled communication skills
- Retail experience is an asset
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications
- Strong interpersonal and time-management skills
- Flexible availability across all stated operating periods
