Support The Salvation Army’s Christmas Kettle Campaign in Guelph as a part time worker collecting donations and answering community questions.

This onsite position represents The Salvation Army at malls and stores during scheduled shifts. You will help secure donations, explain Salvation Army ministries and programs, and uphold organizational policies. The work supports a long-standing campaign contributing to strong communities and hope.

Key Responsibilities:

- Remain at the kettle for the full shift until relieved
- Collect donations and petty cash securely
- Answer donor questions about Salvation Army ministries
- Present a positive, well-groomed image while on duty
- Handle Salvation Army property with care

Requirements:

- Some high school coursework; completion is an asset
- Up to one year of related or customer service experience
- Money handling experience is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 9 to 12 kilograms
