Deliver exceptional client service as a Concierge at Holt Renfrew, using store expertise and polished communication across every inquiry channel.
This Concierge supports Holt Renfrew clients within an environment meeting the highest standards. You will manage inquiries, resolve standard issues, process gift cards, and support client services. The position also requires computer software knowledge, customer service experience, and bilingual French and English communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide consistently excellent service as each client’s ambassador
- Manage inquiries through the kiosk, phone, and email
- Resolve standard customer service issues within policy
- Process gift cards for internal and external clients
- Support sales floors as a point-of-sale super user
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Previous experience in a customer service setting
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Fluency in French and English
- Commitment to privacy, regulations, and cybersecurity measures
