As a Holiday Customer Service Representative, you will support retail customers during the holiday season from November 16 to December 31, 2026. Paid online training introduces wine, beer, cider, and spirits while strengthening customer service skills. You will report to the Store Manager and help make holiday shopping memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve customers promptly and responsibly using POS and cash systems
- Ask for donations during the Spirit of Sustainability campaign
- Participate in customer experience and postal code surveys
- Receive inventory, replenish stock, and face products
- Keep the store clean, organized, and safe

Requirements:

- Comfort supporting customers and working effectively with teammates
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
- Valid SIN, Student, or Work Permit
- At least 18 years old
- Friday evenings and weekend availability required
