As a Taproom Server, you will create positive guest experiences through customer service, beer recommendations, and product knowledge. Learn Banded Peak beers, menu offerings, brewery operations, and tours while supporting sales, cleanliness, and efficient service. This position averages five shifts or 30 hours weekly, with shifts scheduled mornings, afternoons, or evenings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome guests and take orders in the Taproom
- Recommend beer and educate customers about Banded Peak products
- Complete cleaning, stocking, and sanitation tasks
- Promote beer, merchandise, events, tours,



and seasonal offerings
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems

Requirements:

- Customer service, hospitality, retail, or serving experience preferred
- Passion for craft beer and willingness to learn
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid ProServe certification or eligibility to obtain it
- Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events
