Deliver friendly member service at Fit4Less while maintaining clean, secure clubs through daily cleaning and minor maintenance tasks.
As a Host, you support Fit4Less members, guests, and prospective members through welcoming service and clear guidance. You help with memberships, amenities, automation, and virtual options while following established processes. You also complete cleanliness tasks, communications, training, and reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome members and guests warmly with greetings and thanks
- Clean and tidy clubs according to inspection guidelines
- Assist members with memberships, amenities, and automated processes
- Promote Black Card amenities and memberships
- Report deficiencies, incidents, and customer service concerns appropriately
Requirements:
- High School diploma or progress toward completion
- One year of teamwork or volunteer experience
- Verbal and written communication skills
- WHMIS and First Aid, CPR-A, and AED certification
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage time effectively
