Under an Operations Manager or Area Supervisor, this Loader Operator handles winter maintenance tasks across assigned work sites. Responsibilities include equipment checks, de-icing, salting, traffic control, crew transportation, and progress reporting. The work requires transparent English communication, safety awareness, and adaptability as priorities change rapidly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate loaders safely and efficiently for snow removal

• Perform equipment checks and report operating issues
• Assist with de-icing and salting operations
• Report progress and obstacles to the supervisor

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum three years related outdoor work experience preferred
• Winter maintenance loader experience preferred
• Valid Ontario Class DZ license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
