As Assistant Store Manager, you will support store performance through sales leadership, customer engagement, piercing services, and operational excellence. You will work with the Store Manager to train and motivate team members, deliver personalized recommendations, and represent Claire’s fashion-focused brand. The position is full time at the Peel Centre Drive location.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive store sales through customer experience, upselling, and promotions
- Provide personalized styling advice and recommend product add-ons
- Deliver safe, fun, professional piercing experiences after training
- Maintain inventory accuracy,



transactions, merchandising, and visual appeal
- Coach team members toward sales and service goals

Requirements:

- At least one year of retail management experience preferred
- Minimum one year of overall retail experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to operate POS systems and handle transactions
- Ability to stand, maneuver 11 to 35 kilograms, and climb
