As a full-time Store Supervisor, you will oversee assigned cash, softgoods, hardgoods, or grocery departments. You will lead daily execution, analyze assigned areas, and recommend appropriate actions. The position combines operational coordination with customer service and team supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead merchandising activities across assigned departments
- Prepare and participate in inventory management activities
- Complete ordering and merchandise replenishment
- Execute Giant Tiger policies, procedures, and standards
- Provide scheduling and quantification input to management
Requirements:
- One to three years of retail management experience
- Solid merchandising and analytical capabilities
- Exceptional planning and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Availability for days, two evenings, and alternating weekends
