Lead building services for Sienna Senior Living from Markham, Ontario, using facilities leadership and regulatory knowledge to support safe resident environments. Reporting to the Vice President, Facilities & Asset Management, this senior manager oversees building services across Retirement and Long-Term Care divisions in assigned provinces. The work combines people leadership, provincial oversight, standardization, performance management, and enterprise-wide program coordination. You will work with Operations, Procurement, Finance, Human Resources, and other partners to support compliant, productive, and comfortable environments. Key Responsibilities:

Lead building services across assigned provincial divisions Monitor compliance, quality, risks, and operational performance Coordinate enterprise-wide building programs and initiatives Oversee vendors,



contracts, scopes, and service expectations Guide managers supporting maintenance, security, and building operations Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in facilities management or related field Minimum ten years of progressive multi-site experience Significant people leadership experience across geographically dispersed teams Fire Safety Planning Training completion for owners and operators Knowledge of Ontario building and safety requirements Apply facilities leadership, regulatory expertise, and sound judgment while supporting Sienna’s building services across complex care environments.
