Support client independence as a Home Care Attendant in Home Care, providing direct care and environmental support during days and evenings. Use communication and organizational skills across Prairie Mountain Health.

This 0.80 FTE Clinical Support position provides care within established standards, policies, and procedures. You will assist clients with activities of daily living, meal preparation, communication functions, and assigned service requests. The work supports health, dignity, privacy, and independence in home environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct client care and environmental support
- Support independence in activities of daily living
- Prepare meals according to diets or Canada Food Guide
- Report client status and home setting changes




- Participate in meetings, conferences, and in-service programs

Requirements:

- Recognized Health Care Aide Certificate
- Manitoba Class 5 licence and personal vehicle access
- Microsoft programs and Internet application proficiency
- Demonstrated communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and positive working relationships
