This Asset Protection Associate helps maintain a safe, secure, and professional environment for customers, associates, visitors, and vendors. The role supports loss prevention through store patrols, incident investigations, emergency procedures, and explicit reporting. You will communicate findings to Store Leadership and escalate internal investigation information according to Company guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily store patrols and verify security features function properly
- Investigate financial and physical shrink incidents
- Support investigations involving internal theft, external theft,
and organized retail crime
- Assist with evacuations and emergency procedures
- Communicate findings clearly to leadership and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Be at least 16 years old
- Hold a Security Guard License
- Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Stand, bend, and lift during physical tasks
- Lift up to 20 pounds, occasionally up to 50
