Perform light-duty cleaning in Burlington as a temporary part-time, in office cleaner using vacuums and other cleaning equipment.
As a Light Duty Cleaner, you will complete custodial tasks in designated building areas. Your work includes dusting, mopping, spot cleaning, washroom fixture cleaning, vacuuming carpets, and waste removal. You will also restock dispensers, check equipment, and follow health and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean designated building areas and common spaces
- Vacuum carpets, sweep floors, mop, and spot clean
- Clean washroom fixtures and empty waste receptacles
- Restock soap, towels, toilet tissue, and sanitary napkins
- Complete equipment checks and follow safety procedures
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience is an asset
- Communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Use cleaning equipment, including I-mop and vacuum
- Remain reliable, motivated, enthusiastic, and willing to assist
- Physically able to carry out position duties
