Larlyn seeks an experienced, dependable superintendent to support day-to-day building operations with the Property Manager. The work combines inspections, cleaning, minor repairs, resident requests, suite turnover, documentation, and emergency response. Strong communication and general maintenance skills are central to the position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect buildings, common areas, exterior property, and vacant suites
- Complete cleaning, minor repairs, and suite turnover preparation
- Respond to resident requests and maintain work order records
- Support move-ins, move-outs, contractors, and property administration




- Follow emergency procedures and participate in after-hours on-call rotation

Requirements:

- Significant building superintendent or residential maintenance experience
- Strong general maintenance and repair skills
- Basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and turnover experience preferred
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work independently
