Alexion seeks a Data Operations Manager to connect business needs with technical delivery across commercial and patient-level data. You will define business rules, lineage, validation evidence, and release requirements while coordinating engineers, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders. Your work will support trusted downstream reporting and operations. Key Responsibilities:

Design reusable models and pipelines from ingestion through curated products Define data quality controls, lineage, release validation, and documentation Trace records across source files, transformations,



and downstream outputs Translate technical issues into business terms and actionable decisions Maintain mappings, dictionaries, runbooks, and compliance evidence Requirements:

At least five years in data operations, engineering, or management Robust SQL, complex joins, profiling, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis Practical Snowflake knowledge including schemas, stages, roles, and performance Ability to read code, technical designs, mappings, and architecture diagrams Experience writing requirements, acceptance criteria, and validation evidence Bring pharmaceutical data engineering judgment, Snowflake capability, and quality discipline to Alexion’s trusted commercial data environment.
