This Porter role supports the appearance and upkeep of community interiors, exteriors, and shared amenities. Responsibilities include cleaning, floor treatment, lawn care, trash removal, basic maintenance, and promptly reporting unsafe conditions. Work must remain accurate and thorough.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean interior and exterior community areas
- Vacuum, extract, buff, seal, and strip floors
- Mow lawns, trim shrubbery, and cultivate flowers
- Compact and remove trash and debris
- Notify management about repairs and unsafe conditions
Requirements:
- Safely operate shovels, rakes, blowers, mowers, and drills
- Use cleaning equipment and caustic materials safely
- Read and comply with English safety instructions
- Work standardized situations with limited variables
- Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in completed work
