Lead complex software delivery remotely at Obsidian Systems, using technical understanding and transparent communication across distributed engineering teams. As a Software Project Manager, you will own client engagements across blockchain, financial infrastructure, and distributed systems. You will translate objectives into execution plans, manage scope and dependencies, and communicate risks. The work connects engineers, technical leads, clients, and stakeholders from planning through production delivery. Key Responsibilities:
Own software projects from kickoff through delivery and close Translate objectives into milestones, deliverables, and execution plans Partner with engineering leads on requirements and dependencies Track scope, timelines, resources, risks,
and project health Communicate trade-offs and changes to technical and non-technical audiences Requirements:
5+ years in software or technical project management Experience delivering complex engineering projects through completion Understanding of planning, development, testing, release, and production Ability to understand technical constraints without writing production code Experience working effectively with distributed or remote teams Apply software delivery leadership, technical fluency, and risk management to complex client engagements at Obsidian Systems.
