As an IT Project Manager at AAA Canada, you will lead technology activities across due diligence, Day 1 preparation, integration, separation, and stabilization. You will coordinate IT, cybersecurity, finance, legal, procurement, human resources, operations, and business teams. The position requires structured planning, stakeholder communication, and secure delivery. Key Responsibilities:

Lead IT projects throughout mergers, acquisitions, integrations, and separations Maintain schedules, budgets, resources, dependencies, risks, and decision logs Evaluate systems, infrastructure, data, contracts, licenses,



and security Coordinate cross-functional activities across business and technology teams Facilitate governance meetings and report progress to sponsors Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field Several years managing complex, global IT projects Experience with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, or transformations Knowledge of cloud services, cybersecurity, data migration, and vendors French-English bilingualism required, orally and in writing Bring IT project leadership, cybersecurity awareness, and structured risk management to AAA Canada’s transformation initiatives.
