Key Responsibilities:
- Assess customer needs and complete accurate financial transactions
- Recommend and process loans, credit cards, and payments
- Explain fees, repayment terms, and available payment options
- Verify customer information and maintain complete records
- Reconcile cash drawers and follow security procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One or more years in retail sales or similar work
- One or more years in customer service and cash handling
- Hands-on experience with POS transactions
- English communication skills; French and English preferred
