As a Stocking 1 Team Associate, you will complete assigned stocking activities for picks and new merchandise. You will review area workload, sign merchandise accurately, and maintain modular integrity and shelf capacity. The team plans and executes duties around operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately stock picks and current merchandise
- Sign merchandise accurately throughout assigned areas
- Maintain modular integrity and shelf capacity
- Work CAP/VizPicking bins for customer availability
- Secure displays and fixtures while completing safety logs
Requirements:
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Ability to provide polite, friendly customer service
- Ability to locate merchandise and assist purchase decisions
- Ability to resolve issues or refer concerns appropriately
- Ability to follow Company policies and procedures
