Build production AI agents at Workleap in Montreal or remotely across Canada, using orchestration and evaluation to transform product operations. As a Senior AI Developer, you will establish the technical foundation for agents supporting briefs, specifications, design handoffs, launches, and measurement. You will work with Product Managers, Product Ops, the AI Software Development Life Cycle team, and Data partners. Your work spans multi-agent systems, context, memory, observability, testing, security, and cost tracking. Key Responsibilities:

Ship production agents for brief creation and design handoffs Shape shared orchestration, skills, memory, evals, and guardrails Own observability, testing, security, cost,



and human approval gates Co-design iterations with Product Managers and measure adoption Share agent development practices across the team Requirements:

Robust production engineering across agent development lifecycles Hands-on multi-agent production experience with Slack, Atlassian, and MCP Experience evaluating non-deterministic systems and tracking costs Architectural judgment across reliability, security, and model selection Experience building adopted components or tooling Bring production engineering, multi-agent systems, and product sense to Workleap’s evolving AI foundation.
