Guest service and night auditing define this full-time position at Fairmont Hotel Macdonald in Edmonton, working from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, the Night Auditor greets guests, settles accounts, and supports overnight hotel operations. The position includes cashiering, cash handling, posting charges, and reviewing rates. It also requires resolving concerns, assisting emergencies, and promoting hotel services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet, check in, and settle guest accounts
• Maintain accurate charges, routing, rates, and audit functions
• Resolve concerns and complaints to ensure guest satisfaction

• Monitor room inventory and promote hotel services

Requirements:

• High school diploma
• One year of hotel front desk or night audit experience asset
• Previous PMS and front office applications experience asset
• English communication and solid problem-solving abilities
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada
