The M.A. Desautels Faculty of Music seeks a Sessional Instructor for MUSC 3010 A01, Advanced Diction 1 (Part B). The course carries 1.5 credit hours and runs from January 1 through April 30, 2027. Classes meet Mondays from 10:00 to 11:15 a.m.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare instructional and testing materials for Advanced Diction
- Instruct, teach, and test students
- Mark and grade exams and assignments
- Provide constructive feedback to students
- Maintain regular office hours
Requirements:
- Master's degree, Ph.D., or Ph.D. candidate preferred
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills
- Background or specialization in the subject area
- Demonstrated competence in post-secondary teaching
- Empathetic approach to students' instructional needs and concerns
