Lead visual merchandising at Ardene’s Metropolis at Metrotown store in Burnaby while supporting customer service and daily retail operations. This full-time, on-site position pays $19 to $19.25 CAD hourly.
The Third Key Holder, Visual oversees visual, merchandising, and marketing directives while collaborating with management. When team leaders are absent, this position takes responsibility for store operations. The work includes opening and closing, register transactions, product knowledge, team supervision, and stockroom coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee opening, closing, cleanliness, restocking, and merchandising
- Create friendly service by greeting and acknowledging customers
- Process purchases at the register
- Supervise the team and delegate tasks
- Support the Store Manager with company standards
Requirements:
- High school diploma considered an asset
- Excellent selling and customer service abilities
- Strong time management and priority-setting skills
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand, climb ladders, and handle thirty-pound merchandise
