Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests according to Scandinave Spa Whistler standards
- Explain thermal journeys, massage services, site features, and products
- Recommend services, products, and experiences based on guest needs
- Process reservations and transactions using TAC or Zenoti
- Maintain clean, orderly reception and guest areas
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience preferred
