Lead commercial cleaning operations in Toronto with account management and quality inspections. This full-time, in office position supports consistent service standards.

Impact’s Cleaning Supervisor heads each property’s Cleaning Team and connects cleaning with operations. You will implement company processes, policies, and procedures while working with Operations Supervisors and Managers. The focus includes customer satisfaction, contract standards, productivity, supplies, and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage cleaning services across assigned accounts and locations
- Complete inspections and monitor service quality standards
- Control labour, supplies, equipment, and operational costs




- Prepare account reports and quarterly workplace inspection checklists
- Recruit, train, coach, and supervise cleaning staff

Requirements:

- Two or more years of supervisory experience preferred
- WHMIS and Occupational Health and Safety certifications
- Proficiency with smartphones, mobile applications, Excel, and Word
- Ability to complete a security background check
- Availability for after-hours, weekend, and holiday work
