As a Starbucks Shift Supervisor, you will assist the store manager with store operations and direct partners during assigned shifts. You will delegate tasks, coach performance, and help create the Starbucks Experience through prompt service, quality products, and a clean environment. Customer service experience in retail or restaurants is required.
