Key Equipment Services, a division of Heritage Food Service Group of Canada, provides service across western Canada. This Service Technician role supports commercial cooking equipment, including gas, steam, and electric food equipment. You will diagnose complex equipment, minimize downtime, and provide exceptional customer service. Training support is available for future educational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service commercial cooking and food equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot commercial food equipment
- Support customers with exceptional service
- Participate in on-call rotation and overtime
- Travel to other locations or training as needed
Requirements:
- Appliance service education or related field preferred
- Gasfitter certification preferred or willingness to learn
- Robust mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Valid driver's license and relatively clean driving record
- Excellent communication, accountability, and self-direction
