Use one to two years of bartending experience to prepare drinks, manage inventory, and deliver safe alcohol service at The Rec Room.

This Bartender role serves patrons in an energetic, social atmosphere while supporting exceptional dining experiences. You will follow standard drink recipes, accommodate guest preferences, and pour wine and beer. The work also includes maintaining supplies, operating the POS, cleaning equipment, and identifying when service must stop.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare alcoholic drinks and pour wine and beer
- Apply standard recipes while accommodating guest preferences
- Track wines, beers, liquors, and bar supplies
- Restock ingredients and bottles from the storeroom
- Arrange secure rides when guests have too much alcohol

Requirements:

- Minimum one to two years of bartending experience
- Knowledge of drink recipes
- Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Completed bartending classes preferred
