Support Windows, Microsoft 365, and network users onsite as Kane Veterinary Supplies’ IT Support Specialist in Cambridge, Ontario. Work full time at the location.

This specialist provides first- and second-level support for office and warehouse employees. The role maintains equipment, local infrastructure, user accounts, and business applications. You will assist with AIMS ERP, WMS, Active Directory, VPN, and Remote Desktop while coordinating complex issues with Edmonton’s Information Systems team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose Windows, printer, peripheral, software, and connectivity issues
- Prepare, configure, deploy, and replace workplace technology
- Administer accounts, groups, permissions, VPN, and Remote Desktop




- Troubleshoot wired and wireless network connections onsite
- Document requests, resolutions, equipment, and assigned assets

Requirements:

- Diploma in IT or equivalent practical experience
- One to three years of hands-on IT support experience
- Working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
- Knowledge of Active Directory, VPN, and Remote Desktop
- Ability to work full-time onsite in Cambridge, Ontario
