As a Houseperson, you will provide organizational support that helps rooms remain well equipped and welcoming. You will assist Room Attendants, manage housekeeping linens, and maintain storage areas. The role requires professional communication, guest service skills, and physical activity throughout each shift.

Key Responsibilities:

- Offer professional, friendly, and engaging guest service
- Assist Room Attendants with efficient guest room preparation
- Clean and maintain Housekeeping storage areas daily
- Collect, sort, and distribute Housekeeping linen
- Follow department policies, procedures, and service standards

Requirements:

- Previous similar-environment experience considered an asset
- Outstanding guest service and professional verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to work in a team-based setting
- Frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, and lifting required
