The Animal Care Assistant B-3 supports the Macdonald Campus Farm/Dairy Unit in a high paced working environment. You will clean pens, bed stalls, sweep, and clean-brush cows while helping with educational tours. The Farm Manager may assign additional tasks in other Farm areas, and the senior technician may direct further duties. The position requires a high school diploma and one year of related experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform daily feeding and milking activities
- Bed stalls and clean cattle pens
- Sweep designated areas of the Farm
- Clean and brush cows
- Assist with educational tours and wide-ranging Farm tasks

Requirements:

- High school diploma required
- One year of related experience required
- Dairy farm work experience is an asset
- English communication may be required daily
- Preparedness for physical work
