As a Part time Sales Lead reporting to the Store Manager, you help build a motivated, fashion-focused team. Your responsibilities include promoting brand initiatives, improving performance through feedback, and maintaining operational standards. You also step forward when management is not on the floor.

- Coach team members through regular performance feedback

- Support restocking and backstore operations
Requirements:

- Six months’ hands-on retail or service management experience
