Build industrial millwright experience at Magna by inspecting machinery, supporting maintenance, and improving safety, quality, and productivity under qualified tradesperson guidance. This apprentice position is fixed term.

As an Apprentice Millwright with Cosma International, you will assist with inspections, repairs, maintenance, and machinery modifications. The work includes evaluating downtime, improving process uptime and repeatability, and supporting preventive maintenance. You will follow Ministry of Skills and Development regulations and training requirements while working under close supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect, maintain, repair, and modify machinery, equipment, and facilities
- Evaluate downtime root causes and suggest improvements




- Support preventive maintenance and identify equipment design weaknesses
- Exchange key information during shift changes
- Maintain clean, orderly work areas and job sites

Requirements:

- Grade 12 high school diploma or equivalent
- Completed Level 2 Industrial Millwright program
- Training from a reputable college
- Ability to follow apprenticeship regulations and requirements
- Ability to work under qualified journeyman supervision
