Support clean, safe housing at Aoki Ross in Downtown Eastside through floor care, bathroom cleaning, and grounds maintenance. This is an in office, relief/on-call position.

Reporting to the Program Manager, the Building Services Worker maintains common areas, vacant rooms, and building grounds. The work includes cleaning floors, carpets, bathrooms, kitchens, doors, stairwells, windows, furniture, and fixtures. You will also report building damage or problems to the Building Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Wash and clean floors and carpets
- Clean bathrooms, kitchens, doors, and stairwells
- Dispose of refuse and clean windows
- Dust and polish furniture and fixtures
- Maintain grounds and report building problems

Requirements:

- Proven initiative, judgment, and decision-making ability
- Ability to build rapport with tenants and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and organize duties
- Physical ability to perform heavy cleaning duties
- Required WHMIS and valid First Aid certificates
