This position oversees Ardene’s visual, merchandising, and marketing directives while helping maintain efficient store and stockroom operations. In the absence of team leaders, the Third Key Holder, Visual assumes responsibility for store operations. The role suits a creative, friendly, and energetic person with robust interpersonal and time management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a friendly environment through knowledgeable customer service
- Oversee store operations, cleanliness, and merchandise replenishment
- Complete opening and closing procedures
- Process customer purchases at the register
- Adhere to company policies and employee manual standards
Requirements:
- High school diploma is an asset
- Excellent selling and customer service abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead positively and inclusively
- Ability to move and lift merchandise up to 30 pounds
