As a Member Advice Specialist, you will help members with everyday banking, personal credit, investments, and electronic services. You will also identify needs, recommend Coast Capital products, and connect members with teammates. The work combines customer service, lending, referrals, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver positive experiences through general retail banking
- Discuss saving, growth, protection, and financial well-being
- Offer helpful solutions to member inquiries
- Complete branch checks and balances
- Achieve needs-based sales and referral targets





Requirements:

- Three years’ bank or credit union member experience
- Experience with lending, investments, sales, and referrals
- Post-secondary education in finance, business administration, or related studies
- Certificate in Investment Funds in Canada
- Robust relationship-building, teamwork, organization, and prioritization skills
