Canada Post is recruiting a temporary, on-call relief carrier for communities around Shubenacadie, Nova Scotia. The work requires dependable organization, local route knowledge, and secure motor vehicle operation. You will process Canada Post products and services while securing mail and serving customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sort, collect, and deliver mail safely and promptly
- Learn local roads, customers, and delivery receptacles
- Keep mail safely secured while in possession
- Process Change of Address and Damaged Mail products
- Wear visible Canada Post identification during deliveries

Requirements:

- Valid permanent provincial Class 5 or G driver’s license
- Satisfactory safe driving record with driver’s abstract
- Experience making deliveries and operating a motor vehicle
- Ability to drive in varied weather and traffic conditions
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
