Welcome Tim Hortons guests with hospitality while preparing coffees, Iced Capps®, donuts, sandwiches, and wraps. Make every morning interaction positive.

As a General Help team member, you will complete guest orders and create food products for Tim Hortons guests. You will follow Tim Hortons standards, preparation guidelines, and operating instructions for each piece of equipment. Hospitality, order completion, and careful product preparation are central to this work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests with hospitality
- Complete orders for coffees, Iced Capps®, and donuts
- Create sandwiches and wraps for guests
- Follow Tim Hortons product preparation standards
- Follow operating guidelines for each equipment piece
