The Dairy/Frozen Associate supports daily stocking and sales activities in a customer-ready department. You rotate merchandise, check sell-by and expiration dates, maintain features, and follow established procedures for pricing and markdowns. You also uphold sanitation, cold chain, and Health and Safety guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stock and organize Dairy/Frozen merchandise accurately
- Rotate products and identify expired merchandise
- Follow ordering, clearance, markup, and markdown procedures
- Maintain department features and promotional standards
- Remove spills, debris, and unnecessary items
Requirements:
- Be 16 years of age or older
- Work a variety of shifts based on business needs
- Manage high-volume restocking and recovery efficiently
- Perform repetitive zoning and organizing tasks
- Follow company policies and Health and Safety guidelines
