Serve Canada’s Wonderland guests through accurate POS operation and friendly merchandise service in a guest-facing park setting. Applicants must be at least 15 years old.
As a Merchandise Team Member, you will support store operations while helping guests create lasting park memories. The work includes retail service, stocking, cleaning, reorganizing merchandise, and answering questions. Previous retail experience, communication, math skills, and Smart Serve certification are valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate POS systems accurately and efficiently
- Provide friendly, efficient service to guests
- Address guest questions and concerns
- Keep merchandise stores adequately stocked
- Clean and reorganize stock as needed
Requirements:
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Previous retail experience
