This Electronic Assembler position supports MISTRAS Group, Inc.’s pipeline inspection technology. You will assemble electronic components, solder SMT and through-hole assemblies, and test sub-assemblies. The work requires careful attention to detail, secure production practices, and consistent quality in a shop environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform precise SMT and through-hole component soldering
- Assemble and route custom cables and wiring harnesses
- Conduct functional and continuity testing on electronic assemblies
- Use proprietary software for diagnostics and verification tests
- Maintain a clean, organized, static-safe workspace
Requirements:
- High school diploma required
- One to three years electronics assembly or rework experience
- Intermediate to advanced soldering abilities
- Ability to interpret basic electronic schematics
- Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail
