The Baker Helper carries out the full range of duties accurately, responsibly, and professionally. You will demonstrate progress with ovens and product preparation while supporting baking operations. Success requires adherence to food safety protocols, standard operating procedures, corporate policies, and health and safety programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate equipment correctly using safety conscious practices
- Prepare products and develop knowledge of seasonal requirements
- Follow department procedures and company programs consistently




- Perform Floor Maintenance Program duties as required
- Keep working environments clean, safe, and presentable

Requirements:

- Available to work daily afternoon and evening shifts
- Ability to work until 10pm when scheduled
- Ability to work independently in quick paced conditions
- Effective interpersonal skills with customers and teammates
- Good business and industry knowledge
