POP MART is seeking a customer-focused retail associate to explain Blind Boxes, MEGA Collections, accessories, limited editions, and launches. You will create engaging shopping experiences through storytelling, personalized recommendations, and sales excellence. Daily operations also include shipments, replenishment, inventory accuracy, and store presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Educate customers about collectible culture and product collections
- Explain promotions, membership programs, and artist collaborations
- Identify needs and recommend complementary merchandise




- Receive shipments and replenish merchandise accurately
- Support Robo Shop replenishment and inventory processes

Requirements:

- Passion for designer toys, collectibles, anime, gaming, or fashion
- Ability to build rapport and confidently recommend products
- Robust organizational skills and multitasking ability
- One year of retail, hospitality, entertainment, or service experience preferred
- At least eighteen years of age
