As a Server, you support residents’ health and well-being through meal preparation and service. You help provide safe, clean, and pleasant dining experiences while contributing to the home’s culture. The position includes table setting, food presentation, and customer service for residents from various cultural backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set, serve, and clean dining tables
- Assist food preparation and presentation under Chef direction
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation during food service
- Track a la carte and wine service sales
- Participate in emergency preparedness drills and education

Requirements:

- Smart Serve designation and one year dining service experience
- Secure Food Handling Certification preferred
- Customer service skills with diverse residents
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills
- Vulnerable Sector and Criminal Records Checks required
