As a Guest Services Representative, you will provide front-line support across the shopping centre while assisting property programs. This contract has an anticipated end date of January 3, 2027. Responsibilities include answering calls and emails, registering customers for the Parenting Room where applicable, managing information materials, and supporting gift card and lost and found administration. Candidates need at least one year of customer service experience and completed or ongoing secondary school education.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as a primary contact for customers and tenants




- Provide shoppers with accurate property directions
- Answer customer and tenant calls and emails
- Register customers for the Parenting Room where applicable
- Restock and organize information brochures

Requirements:

- One or more years of customer service experience
- Secondary School diploma completed or in progress
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Energy and willingness to learn
- First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications considered assets
