As a Stockperson or Cartpusher, you collect carts, respond to register and Customer Service requests, and maintain organized store operations. The role builds retail, teamwork, and customer service skills through customer interactions, equipment inspections, and facility maintenance. You follow Walmart-approved procedures and established safety guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect carts from corrals, parking areas, and store perimeter
- Return carts safely and complete required logs accurately
- Assist customers with carry outs and carry ins
- Verify receipts when proof of purchase is required
- Complete cleaning, inspections, and safety sweeps
Requirements:
- Be 16 or older
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to use required personal protective equipment
- Ability to follow safety and emergency protocols
